What are the top up denominations and what is the minimum top up amount?

Auto Top-Up 242 allows more flexibility in the denominations offered. Auto Top-Up 242 currently offers the following options: $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100. We are proud to announce that we now can top-up any amount!

Can I Top-Up for somebody else?

Yes, you can. In fact, we encourage you to Top-Up for your family and friends. All you have to do is enter the correct prepaid phone number.

How do I know that my account has been topped up?

You will receive a confirmation SMS message that will show your Top-Up amount and your new account balance.

What if I do not get any confirmation SMS message?

In case of non-receipt of confirmation message, please check the account balance of your mobile phone. If the account balance does not increase by the Top-Up value, please contact us at support@autotopup242.com.

How Do I Check My Balance?

To get your account balance, simply dial *201# and press the ‘Call’ button (usually the green button on your mobile). After a few seconds, your balance will appear on your mobile screen. Then press any button to clear the screen.

Does the Top-Up minutes expire?

The validity of the Top-Up amount remains at 90 days, as in keeping with the current BTC system. Failure to Top-Up within 90 days, will automatically suspend use of your mobile device and could possibly result in the lost of your number.

What are the processing time for Top-Up?

Processing times may vary, but Once payment has been verified for EZ Top-Up orders, allow a maximium processing time of 15 minutes. For Auto Top-Up Plans, allow a maximium processing time of 30 minutes after your minimium balance has been reached.

What are the common reasons for Top-Up failure?

  • Invalid mobile phone number (Not prepaid phone number/ Inactive phone number)
  • Network failure / mobile operators service outage

What if I key in a wrong phone number?

If the phone number is a valid prepaid phone number, your Top-Up will be successful to the keyed-in number and the Top-Up amount is non-refundable. If the phone number is a postpaid number, the system will reject your Top-Up request. However, it is important that you verify your Top-Up phone number before finalizing your order.

All Sales Are Final. Once the top-up is sent to a phone number, it is available for use immediately; hence it cannot be refunded or removed from the phone again. It is for this reason we advise you to confirm the number before proceeding to checkout and at checkout.
